Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to you.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to let you know it has been sent out and a tracking code if you picked the tracking option.
Please pick the 'Tracking' option at checkout if you want insured and a trackable order.
You can always email us at email@example.com for any questions.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
If your order has been shipped or already delivered, we cannot change it
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through our contact email, you will be able to exchange your order.
Products which display the 'Pre Order' sign on the top left of the image and in the description are pre-order products. The button on the product will also say 'Pre-order'
This means they are not physically available yet and will be sent to you as soon as they are sent from production.
You will receive an email for when your order is sent out.
This will usually be around 2-4 weeks and will keep you updated via our social media platforms.
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionally offer support for Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay and Klarna
You can chose these payment methods at the checkout.
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: GBP, USD, CAD and EUR.
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
Returns within the UK are free. We're more than happy to pay for your package back, just mention this is in the email. Returns from outside of the UK are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
We ship worldwide!
COVID-19 is taking a big toll on our local postal services (Royal Mail), which includes short staff and delays and due to this, orders will take a bit longer than the usual standard shipping times. Thank you for your constant support through this and we appreciate your patience.
Once you've placed your order, we will process and pack your order in 1-3 days, when this has happened, you will receive an email from us.
We also offer free local pickup in Southampton, UK. You can then email or message us to discuss pickup times.
Standard shipping times are presented below, although this depends on how busy transit is
- United Kingdom: 2-3 days
- Europe: 4-7 days
- United States: 1-3 weeks
- Other: 1-4 weeks
